Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only offered under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for:
Stitched clothing and kurtis ordered in the correct size.
Jewelry, cosmetics, or perfumes due to hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective.
Orders returned without prior approval from our support team.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@fastorea.com or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item in question.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with the next steps.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, a store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
