By creating an account, purchasing services, or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.
1. Account Registration & Security
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase Services from fastorea.com.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact and billing information during registration and keep it updated.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Web Hosting & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
When utilizing our hosting servers, you agree to comply strictly with our server usage guidelines:
Prohibited Content & Activities: You may not host, transmit, or store content that:
Violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Contains malware, viruses, phishing scripts, or malicious software.
Infringes on intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties.
Is used for sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), open proxy management, or unauthorized network scanning.
Resource Usage: Shared hosting plans are subject to reasonable resource consumption (CPU, RAM, I/O, and storage limits). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that excessively consume server resources or disrupt server stability for other tenants.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting access immediately without prior notice if an account is found in violation of our AUP.
3. Domain Name Registration & Transfers
Registrar Terms: Domain name registrations are subject to the regulations set forth by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and the relevant registry policies for each top-level domain (TLD).
Ownership & Accuracy: You certify that all Registrant details (WHOIS data) provided for domain registrations are accurate. Providing false contact information may lead to domain cancellation.
Renewals & Expiration: Domain renewals are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fastorea.com is not liable for lost domains, expired registrations, or third-party redemption fees resulting from missed renewal payments.
Transfers: Domain transfers are subject to ICANN transfer rules (including 60-day lock periods following new registrations or modifications).
4. Billing, Payments & Renewals
Payment Terms: All fees for Services are due at the time of purchase or invoice generation. Payments must be made via authorized payment methods provided at checkout.
Automatic Renewals: Subscription-based services (hosting, domain renewals, SSL certificates) may automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account client portal.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating a payment chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting support first may result in immediate suspension of all active hosting accounts and domains linked to your account.
5. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee
Hosting Refund Policy: We offer a [e.g., 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee] on new shared hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied within this window, you may request a refund for the hosting service fees.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Fastorea.com, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, loss of business data, server downtime, security breaches, or unauthorized access to your account.
Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless fastorea.com against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law principles.
